-
You entered in the wrong billing information. Please double check your billing information and try again.
-
From the time you started your purchase to the time you finished it, the TeamTix sold out at that price level. This is common during times of high traffic (i.e. after a win or towards the end of the season); it is also common that price will jump dramatically within that time. If this occurs, you must start the purchasing process over again. We will not offer TeamTix at a previously quoted lower price. In order to avoid this in the future, we recommend that you purchase TeamTix prior to high traffic events.
What happens if I have a pending charge, but did not receive a confirmation email?
If you DID NOT receive a confirmation email, you DID NOT purchase TeamTix. If your transaction failed, there may have been an authorization hold placed on your credit card for the attempted purchase of your TeamTix. Please DO NOT worry, the pending authorization will be removed by your bank within 3-5 business days. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email you must go through the purchase process again whether you already have a pending charge or not.
