National Championship TeamTix are not tickets. TeamTix are team-specific reservations for the right and obligation to purchase a face value ticket to the National Championship, if and only if your team qualifies to play in the game. The price of the face value tickets is an additional amount you pay over and above the price you paid for your TeamTix, if your team qualifies for the game. If your team does not qualify to play in the National Championship, you will not receive a refund for the purchase of your TeamTix.
For example, you can purchase TeamTix for your favorite team; if your team qualifies to play in the National Championship your TeamTix give you the right and obligation to purchase face value tickets to the game. After the qualifying teams are determined, following the Playoff Semifinal games played on January 1, 2015, we will automatically charge the credit card used to purchase your TeamTix for the face value tickets. Once we have successfully charged your credit card you will receive an email containing all your fulfillment details. Your total purchase price will be the price paid for your TeamTix (charged immediately) + face value/shipping & handling (only if your team qualifies).
The National Championship TeamTix market will close on Monday, November 24 at 11:59 PM EST.
Playoff Semifinal All Access TeamTix are not tickets. TeamTix are team-specific reservations for the right and obligation to purchase a face value ticket to the either the Playoff Semifinal at the Rose Bowl presented by Northwestern Mutual or the Playoff Semifinal at the Allstate Sugar Bowl, if and only if your team qualifies to play in the Playoff Semifinal. By purchasing Playoff Semifinal All Access TeamTix you can follow your team to the Playoff Semifinal no matter in which venue, Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena or Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, they qualify to play. The price of the face value tickets is an additional amount you pay over and above the price you paid for your TeamTix, if your team qualifies for the game. If your team does not qualify to play in one of the Playoff Semifinal games, you will not receive a refund for the purchase of your TeamTix.

The Playoff Semifinal All Access TeamTix market will close on Monday, November 24 at 11:59 PM EST.
Purchasing TeamTix is the best way to guarantee yourself face value tickets, if your team qualifies for the game. TeamTix prices can fluctuate greatly throughout the season, as prices are dictated by the demand of the market, which is driven by the teams' performance. Typically, the earlier you buy, the less expensive TeamTix prices are for the top teams.
Bidding on TeamTix does not mean that you have purchased TeamTix. In order for your bid to become TeamTix your bid must be accepted by an existing TeamTix owner's offer-to-sell. If your bid is not accepted, you will not own TeamTix nor will you be eligible to purchase face value tickets. You can cancel your bid and withdraw your money at any point before your bid is accepted (see the wallet section for wallet and withdrawal policies). Please remember, our markets are live 24x7. It is your responsibility to cancel your bids before they are accepted.
If your bid is cancelled or the market has closed prior to your bid matching an offer-to-sell, the funds will be deposited into your wallet and will be available for withdrawal. Once you initiate a withdrawal, a check will be mailed to you within twenty (20) days.
You can place your TeamTix up for sale (called an offer-to-sell) at any point prior to the market closing on Monday, November 24 at 11:59 PM EST. These offers transact in real time. For example, if you have placed your TeamTix up for sale, they may be purchased by another user immediately, until the market is closed. You have the ability to remove or modify your offer-to-sell at any point prior to your offer matching a buy order. It is your responsibility to monitor your offers-to-sell. If you are having trouble selling your TeamTix, we suggest you offer your TeamTix at a more attractive price and elect to break up your order.
