What is the difference between buying and bidding?
Bidding on TeamTix does not mean that you own TeamTix. In order for your bid to become TeamTix your bid must be matched with an offer-to-sell. If your bid is not matched, you will not own TeamTix nor will you be eligible to purchase face value tickets. You will get an email confirming this transaction. If you do not receive the email, you do not own TeamTix. You may cancel your bid and withdraw your money at any point before your bid is accepted (see the withdrawal section for wallet and withdrawal policies). Please remember, our markets are live 24x7. It is your responsibility to cancel bids before they are accepted.
Is my payment method charged immediately for purchasing TeamTix?
Yes, your method of payment is charged immediately for both bids and purchases.

TeamTix are not tickets. They are team specific reservations for the right and obligation to purchase a face value ticket, if and only if your team qualifies to play in the game. The price of the face value ticket(s) is an additional amount you pay over and above the price you paid for your TeamTix, if your team qualifies for the game. If your team does not qualify for the game, you will not receive a refund for the purchase of your TeamTix.
How do I know which TeamTix to purchase?
You can purchase TeamTix for any team you would like. Your order will always transact at the lowest offer-to-sell price corresponding with the quantity of TeamTix you select.
How are orders matched in the system?
Orders are matched through both a combination of quantity and price. An order will take the lowest price available at that time for the quantity that is available. Please note: if you sell your TeamTix, we recommend you break-up your offer-to-sell, because it will improve the likelihood of your TeamTix being sold.
I received a receipt via email, listing the TeamTix as separate orders. Will my seats be together?
As long as your seats were purchased under the same account and in the same seating zone, we can guarantee up to four (4) seats together.
What are the transaction fees in the TeamTix Marketplace?
10% buyer, 15% seller, $10 minimum
What happens if my order fails?
There are a few scenarios that could have led to a failed order:
-
You lost your internet connection. If so, please reconnect and try again.
-
You entered in the wrong billing information. Please double check your billing information and try again.
-
From the time you started your purchase to the time you finished it, the TeamTix sold out at that price level. This is common during times of high traffic (i.e. after a win or towards the end of the season); it is also common that price will jump dramatically within that time. If this occurs, you must start the purchasing process over again. We will not offer TeamTix at a previously quoted lower price. In order to avoid this in the future, we recommend that you purchase TeamTix prior to high traffic events.
What happens if I have a pending charge, but did not receive a confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, you did not purchase TeamTix. If your transaction failed, there may have been an authorization hold placed on your credit card for the attempted purchase of your TeamTix. Please do not worry, the pending authorization will be removed by your bank within 3-5 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email you must go through the purchase process again whether you already have a pending charge or not.

The funds from your wallet will be applied towards your new bid, and the difference will be charged to your credit card.
Where do I find my current active bids within my Account?
All current active bids can be found in the Pending tab located within the My Account section.
What is the Wallet?

What is the withdrawal processing period?
All withdrawals will be processed within twenty (20) days of the initial withdrawal request.

You cannot sell TeamTix in other markets. TeamTix can be sold, only within the team specific market where they were originally purchased.
