Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final; No Refunds.

All sales of Team Ticket Reservations ("TeamTix"), including, without limitation, any service charge or transaction fee, are final and non-refundable. In addition, you acknowledge and accept the risk that a purchased TeamTix may expire (i.e. the team associated with your TeamTix does not qualify for the FA Cup Final) and subsequently will not be converted into a face value priced ticket. No refunds shall be given for an expired TeamTix.

If your team has qualified, successful TeamTix holders have the RIGHT and OBLIGATION to purchase said face value tickets. All ticket sales are Final. No Refunds will be given.

Schedule Change; Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the event a TeamTix is converted into a face value priced ticket for the scheduled match, Wembley Stadium is not responsible for ANY refunds in the event of any cancellation, postponement or rescheduling of such Game.
