What are TeamTix, and how are they different than tickets?
TeamTix are NOT tickets. They are team specific reservations for the right and obligation to purchase face value ticket(s), if and only if your team qualifies for the FA Cup Final to be played on Saturday 26 May 2018. The price of the face value ticket (Clearly shown at the point of buying a TeamTix) is a cost that is over and above the amount you pay for the TeamTix, if your team qualifies for the match. If your team does not qualify for the match, there is NO refund for your TeamTix.
What happens if my team DOES NOT qualify to play in the FA Cup Final?
If your team does NOT qualify to play in the FA Cup Final, your TeamTix will expire, and no refunds will be provided for expired TeamTix and you will NOT be charged for, nor receive an associated face value ticket (or tickets).
What happens if my team DOES qualify to play in the FA CUP Final?
If your team DOES qualify for the FA Cup Final, you have the right and obligation to purchase face value tickets. Immediately after the two finalists are known we will close the market and you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided with further details.

When is the FA Cup Final?
The FA Cup Final will be played at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 26 May 2018.
What is the face value price of tickets?
When are qualifying teams officially announced?
Qualifying teams will be determined after the Semi Final matches have been played on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 April 2018.
3. Buying TeamTix
Is my payment method charged immediately for purchasing TeamTix?
Yes, if you purchase a FA Cup Final your selected payment method will be charged immediately. Your order will go through and the TeamTix linked to your specific team will be located in your account.
What are you buying when you purchase TeamTix?
TeamTix are NOT tickets. They are team specific reservations for the right and obligation to purchase non-refundable face value ticket(s), if and only if your team qualifies for the match. The price of the face value ticket is the amount you pay that is over and above the amount you pay for the TeamTix, if your Team qualifies for the match. If your team does not qualify for the match, there is NO refund for your TeamTix.
What is the Maximum Quantity of TeamTix I can buy?
Maximum quantity in this marketplace is 40 TeamTix per person, per team.
I received a receipt via e-mail, listing the TeamTix as separate orders. Will my seats be together?
As long as your seats were purchased under the same account and in the same seating section, we can guarantee your seats will all be located together.
What are the transaction fees in the TeamTix Marketplace?
All TeamTix orders will be subject to a 4% transaction fee.
What happens if my order fails?
There are a few scenarios that could have led to a failed order:

You lost your internet connection. If so, please reconnect and try again.

You entered in the wrong billing information. Please double check your billing information and try again.
What happens if I have a pending charge, but did not receive a confirmation e-mail?
If you DID NOT receive a confirmation e-mail, you DID NOT purchase face value tickets. If a "pending" charge shows up in your account and you DID NOT receive a purchase confirmation e-mail, the pending charge will likely go away in a few days and never turn into a real charge. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation e-mail you must go through purchase process again whether you already have a pending charge or not.
Why are TeamTix at different prices?
The price of a TeamTix increases as the available number of TeamTix to sell reduces. The earlier you buy a TeamTix the cheaper it will be and the greater the discount will be on the Face Value Ticket price.
Why does the discount saving on the Face Value Ticket price vary?
The earlier you buy your TeamTix the higher the discount on the Face Value Ticket. Both the price of the TeamTix and the amount of discount on the Face Value Ticket is dependent on how many TeamTix are available to buy at the point you make your purchase.
What is the advantage of buying a TeamTix?
There are two distinct advantages in buying a TeamTix. Firstly you will be guaranteed a seat at the event of your choice IF your team wins through and secondly you will secure a discounted guaranteed price at which you buy the match ticket which will always be less than the actual Face Value Ticket price.

What should I do if I forgot my username or Password?
On the Login page there is a blue button titled "Get Login Help". There will be a step by step process outlining the procedures to obtaining new login information.
How do I change the e-mail address associated with my TeamTix account?
Once you have logged into your account. Go to your "Profile" tab, you will be able to edit your current e-mail address by clicking the links titled "edit" next update e-mail.
How do I change the password associated with my TeamTix account?
In the "Account" section of the My Account page that opens once you have logged in, click on the ?Profile? tab, on the top of the page. On the next page select "change" next to the password field and enter your new password and click "Change Password".
What should I do if I forget my password?
In the login page there is a link titled "Get Login Help" below the password field. When you click on it the steps you need to take to reset your password will appear on the page.
I clicked "Forgot Your Password" and did not receive a new password e-mail?
Please be patient it may take up to 5 minutes to receive your temporary password. If you have a spam filter enabled on your e-mail account, then the e-mail with your new password may have been marked as spam. Check your spam folder for the e-mail. If there was an error in your e-mail address when you signed up or you no longer have access to the e-mail address associated with your FA Cup Final account, than you should send an e-mail to www.2017facupfinal.teamtix.com/helpdesk
5. Marketplace Rules
How many tickets/TeamTix are there in the market?
The number of TeamTix is equal to the number of tickets that have been allocated. If a TeamTix is available to buy there is a guaranteed seat set aside to satisfy the successful owner.
6. Ticket Fulfillment
When does the TeamTix Marketplace close?
As soon as a team has been eliminated from the FA Cup Tournament you will no longer be able to buy a TeamTix for that Team. Once the two Semi Finals have been played and the two finalists are known the market place will close and tickets will be issued to the two sets of successful "TeamTix" owners.
Now that my team has qualified, when can I purchase my face value tickets?
Following the Semi Final matches on Saturday, Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 April 2018 the market will close and your credit/debit card will automatically be charged for the face value (?700 or ?800 per ticket based on your seating section) of the tickets. Please keep in mind that successful TeamTix holders have the RIGHT and OBLIGATION to purchase said face value tickets.
In the event my team qualifies, how will I receive my ticket(s)?
Delivery of actual tickets to be decided.
How and when will tickets be fulfilled?
All tickets will be sent out via next day courier that will require a signature. The tickets will arrive at least three days before the match is played. An e-mail with your tracking number will be sent when the tickets have been sent out.
How do I purchase my ticket once the market has closed?
Following the Semi Final matches on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 April 2018 the market will close and your credit/debit card will automatically be charged for the face value (?700 or ?800 per ticket based on your seating section) of the tickets.
What if I don't receive an e-mail even if my selected team has qualified to play in the match?
The first thing you need to check is that you have a TeamTix purchase confirmation e-mail. If you DO NOT have this e-mail you will not be able to purchase face value tickets. Secondly, you need to check to make sure that you purchased TeamTix and not a bid that was never met. Thirdly, you need to be absolutely certain that your e-mail address is correct in the profile section of your account.
Will my seats be located next to one another?
Yes, if you purchase TeamTix under the same account we can guarantee that all of your seats will be located next to one another.
In the event my team qualifies, where will my seats be located?
We cannot say where specific seats will be located. However, your seats will be located in the seating section you purchased TeamTix for and will be together either in row or block.
What is the total amount that I pay?
TeamTix are NOT tickets. They are team specific reservations for the right and obligation to purchase face value ticket(s), if and only if your chosen Team qualifies for the FA Cup Final to be played on Saturday 26 May 2018. The price of the face value ticket is the amount you pay over and above the amount you have already paid for your TeamTix, if your team qualifies for the match.
